The Guinness Factory

Arthur Guinness had it right when he signed a 9,000 year lease at St. James Gate (45 pounds a year.... Mara and I toured the Guinness Factory this weekend at St. James Gate, where the original factory was built. The entire building has been restored into a great tourist attraction complete with 2 large bars and even a restaurant! We ate, drank and my goodness did we find ourselves in love with Guinness. Definitely a MUST VISIT if you ever head this way - there is so much to learn about the creation of the Guinness Empire and pleanty to taste!
